Guarantee

Consumer will receive a full refund of monies paid if there are no deletions of derogatory items after 120 days from the date Consumer signed this Agreement.

Eligibility for a refund starts on day 120.

You must be an active participant in the program for 90 days.

Cancellation or failure to pay during the initial 120 days of the program is void of this guarantee.

You agree to give Teach People How Educational Services, LLC. Thirty ("30") days from the date you have requested a refund to allow Teach People How Educational Services, LLC. adequate time to review your credit bureau profile and audit your account to verify that no negative items have been removed from your account and to ascertain why this occurred.
